Delivery Information

We aim to send out your order as soon as possible because we know how keen you will be to receive your goodies.

Our aim is to send out all orders within 1 working day of receipt of full payment or cleared cheque, but at peak times, like Christmas this may take 2-5 working days.

Our working days are Monday to Friday and we do not dispatch Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.

You will be notified my email when your order has been dispatched.

Once your order is in the hands of Royal Mail or a courier we cannot be held responsible for missing their estimated delivery times.

Some rural locations may take longer than the estimated delivery time.

If the postman/courier requires someone to be in to receive your order and no-one is in, then a slip will be left telling you where to collect it from. If you do not collect the order within a specified time frame it will be returned to us. You will need to arrange for redelivery and pay costs.

We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or returned because the wrong delivery address was entered at checkout. If the delivery is returned to us then you will be liable for all costs to redeliver.

We do not post to PO Boxes.

Pure is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods.

This is a fully track-able service. These prices are for a cart value of up to £500 and weight of 2kg. Please get in touch for a quote if your order is over this weight.  If an order is placed and paid for and the parcel is over this weight, we will let you know via email and additional payment will be required before your order is shipped.

International orders may be subject to subject to custom charges & taxes.

You are liable for any customs & tax charges incurred on your order, please check in your country before placing an order.


Please be advised that most of the time delivery all goes to plan, however, on the very rare occasion it doesn’t we will do what can to help put it right.

All of our packaging which we purchase is recyclable (including the foam fillers). If you find in your parcel some bubble wrap or other non-recyclable material, it is there because we have received it in one of our deliveries and we are re-using it instead of popping it in the bin for it to end up in landfill. If you are able to re-use it that would be great!

Where possible we reuse all of the boxes we are sent on our deliveries, please pop them in your recycling bin if you can not re-use them, thank you.


We accept returns up to 28 days from day of purchase. Please be advised that there must be no evidence that the seal has been broken/tampered with and no evidence of the product being used. We advised that you get proof of postage for your item as we cannot be held responsible for the item until we receive it. We do not cover the cost of returning products.
